# Token Sale

There are three stages to the Padium Token Sale.

**Stage 1 - Guaranteed Allocation**

Every user who wins one or more places in Stage 1 of the whitelist, will be granted an allocation. This will give them a 24 hour window to purchase their guaranteed allocation amount.

These allocation amounts will be generous, allowing winners to take reap the rewards of helping Padium Grow -- but also ensuring that there will be supply unclaimed for Stage 2 of the Sale.

**Stage 2 - Whitelist Sale**

Everyone who signs up to the Padium website prior to the whitelist closing, will be able to take part in this stage of the Public Whitelist. This an opportunity for all those whitelisted to participate in the token sale on a first-come first-serve basis.

Users are not guaranteed any allocation in this stage of the sale, and those who bought their entire allocation in Stage 1 are welcome to participate in Stage 2.

**Stage 3 - Public Sale**

If the Hard Cap for the Padium Token Sale is not filled by the end of Stage 2, the sale becomes public and anybody can participate.
